NRL 2025 Multi bet of the Week | Round 23

Round 23 will play host to plenty of huge games as we near the end of the NRL season, and our NRL multi for the week will focus on a couple of them to kick things off. We start at McDonald Jones Stadium where the Panthers will look to jump into the top 4 against the Knights before heading to Suncorp Stadium for a huge clash between the Dolphins and Roosters, before we hopefully wrap things up in a potential battle for the Wooden Spoon on Sunday. Take a look at all of the bets below.

8th of August, 6.00pm AEST, McDonald Jones Stadium

There has been no shortage of contributors of the Panthers of late – generally the case when you win eight games on the trot – and Casey McLean has been one of them in particular over the last few games. He scored very consistently over the earlier parts of the season with tries in five of his first six full games, before a five-game drought followed. But over the past three weeks, he has returned to his early-season scoring, managing a try in each of the last three games including two of them against the Rabbitohs three games ago. We can get up to $2.50 for him to score in this one with Bet365, and in a game they should be expecting to win easily that looks like overs.

9th of August, 5.30pm AEST, Suncorp Stadium

Both the Dolphins and the Roosters are high-scoring teams, the Dolphins sitting third and the Roosters fifth in the league in points for, while the Chooks tend to give up plenty as well. The points line for this game has been set reasonably high by betting sites at 48.5, but that doesn’t look likely to be high enough. The Roosters didn’t get near that number last weekend but passed it in their five previous games, while the Dolphins have passed it in five out of their past eight, often easily. The over looks like one of our best NRL multi tips for the week.

10th of August, 2.00pm AEST, Cbus Super Stadium

This is a good game in which to find tryscorer value because, given neither side is particularly good, both should find it a little easier to score than they usually do. One man who looks like especially good value for the home team is Jojo Fifita. He’s been a consistent presence on the try scoring sheet for a team that doesn’t score all that many of them, managing 11 in his 14 games so far this season. There has been a few multiple-try games thrown in that mix, but he has still found the tryline in more games than not this season. At home this weekend against the only team below them on the ladder, he looks even more likely than usual to score a try this weekend but is paying well over even money, making this a great way to round out our NRL multi for the week.
