NRL 2025 Multi Bet of the Week - Round 25

There is plenty on the line in Round 25 of the NRL season, with a lot still to be decided over the last three weeks prior to the finals. Our NRL multi of the week kicks off with one of the biggest games of the weekend when the Panthers, trying to make their way back into the top four, take on the top of the table Raiders, while after that we head to a huge game between the Sea Eagles and the Dolphins, both of whom are trying to stay in the hunt for a finals spot. Below, you can take a look at all of the legs and the logic behind them.

Penrith Panthers vs Canberra Raiders

  • NRL Panthers
    Penrith Panthers
  • NRL Raiders
    Canberra Raiders

22nd of August, 6.00pm AEST, Glen Willow Oval

We kick things off with a player prop, focusing on a guy who has been a key part of the Panthers’ resurgence over the second half of the season. Thomas Jenkins has been in incredible try scoring form since his first of the year in Round 9, scoring 12 tries in 13 games inclusive of that one. It’s been far more common than not for him to find himself on the scoresheet, only miss out 4 times across that period. Despite that, the betting apps still have him at around even money to score a try this weekend. The Raiders are stern opposition, but the Panthers are still deserved favourites and should put a decent number on the board, with Jenkins looking like a great chance to contribute to that.

Manly Sea Eagles vs Dolphins

  • NRL Manly Warringah Sea Eagles
    Manly Sea Eagles
  • NRL Dophins
    Dolphins

23rd of August, 3.00pm AEST, 4 Pines Park

The Dolphins have been one of the most explosive attacking teams in the league over the past couple of months, and while betting sites have adjusted to an extent, their ability to score heavily means they remain great value to put up a big score most weeks. Their line this week is 22.5, but I like the value on offer for them to go a fair bit bigger than that, given that often, once they get off the leash they are very hard to stop. At Bet365 you can get $2.65 for the visitors to score over 28.5 points, a number they’ve covered in six of their last ten games. Given the Sea Eagles have been conceding pretty hefty totals in the last month too, this looks like a solid way to kick off our NRL multi.

Newcastle Knights vs Brisbane Broncos

  • NRL Newcastle Knights
    Newcastle Knights
  • nrl-brisbane-broncos
    Brisbane Broncos

24th of August, 2.00pm AEST, McDonald Jones Stadium

Back to the player props now, beginning with a guy who we’ve included a couple of times in our NRL multis over the past month or so. Josiah Karapani returned to the Broncos’ lineup with a bang back in Round 14, scoring two tries, and while he clearly hasn’t continued at that rate, he has been prolific from a try scoring perspective since his return. He has scored seven tries in as many games, crossing the line in each of his first four games, then missing out for a couple before returning to the scoresheet last week. With the Broncos looking likely to record a big win against a struggling Knights outfit, the nearly even money on offer for him to score here looks too good to pass up.
