Quick Analysis:

Apocalyptic isn’t exactly screaming value at around the $1.75 mark, but I can’t see anyone else beating her in the Flight Stakes today. She comes into this one third-up after back-to-back wins in the Furious Stakes and the Tea Rose Stakes. She’s undoubtedly a classy filly, and even at Group One company, she’ll run over the top of them all.

Quick Analysis:

I’m sticking with the favourite, Autumn Glow in the Epsom Handicap, and she’s probably my most confident play of the day. The $2.05 we’re getting at the moment is still good enough for a runner that is classy enough to run circles around this field. Last time out, she won the Theo Marks Stakes by over 2L. She loves this distance and track. Excited to see what she can do.

Heading to Flemington now for the Turnbull Stakes. I like the look of Antino for a top-three finish. There is some stiff competition in this one (looking at you, Via Sistina), but Antino is a deserved runner in this field and is a two-time Group One winner. He tackles this one third-up, so he will have the fitness edge; he just needs a little luck with his run before the home straight.
