The mare has finished in the top three in her last two runs, and she drops down from a BM62 to a BM56 for this one. She gets weight relief thanks to apprentice jockey Emily Pozman, and has two placings in four attempts at this distance.

Heading to Lismore now for my final best bet of the day, and I’m side-stepping the favourite as I think Eagle's Fire presents more value at the $3.80 mark. Eagle’s Fire finished second at this track/ trip, finishing just 0.55L off the leader. Jockey Nozi Tomizawa sticks with the gelding, and the pair have a decent relationship, with a record of 19:2-5-4.
