I’m pretty keen on Espana to break her maiden this time out, and as she’s the equal favourite, there’s a bit of value around her as well. The filly has placed in three of her first four career runs, and against some pretty stiff competition as well. She gets more experienced with every run under her belt, and I think now is the time she’ll break through.

Just Glamourous is another that looks like good value in my eyes. With back-to-back strong performances under her belt so far this prep for a new stable, she looks ready to strike now at good odds. The extra 100m she’ll get in this one from her run last time out looks ideal, and I think she’ll enjoy the Rosehill track.

Heading to Eagle Farm now, and it’s difficult for me to see anyone but the favourite winning this one. She was really close last time out, going down to San Gabriel at Doomben, by just 0.1L. She was the favourite in that one, and she can redeem herself here, especially on a Soft-rated track. Tackling this one third-up, she’ll be fitter for those runs.
