In a field of just seven, Planet Red looks the goods to lock in his second career victory in as many attempts. He was drifting before winning at Pakenham to break his maiden, but the market has found him again here. He ran the quickest last 400m and 200m of the day as well. Looks too difficult to beat.

In the last today at Sandown, I’m going with Perfect Picture. The 4YO is tackling this one first up, where she has gone one from one. She’s a consistent runner and has a quality record at metro level. She’s the equal-favourite at the time of writing with Dabble. There’s a lot to like.
