Sticking with the favourite here, and I expect him to break his maiden on the second attempt. The 6YO managed to get into the money in his first career run at Hamilton, on a Heavy8 track. This one is looking likely to be in the Soft range, and he steps down to non-metro level. Jockey Tom Madden sticks as well.

In the last at Warrnambool, I’ve sided with Sephia, who is currently paying $3.90, which puts her on the second line of betting. The locally trained mare got the chocolates at this track back in late April, and has had some decent runs since then, but hasn’t broken through for another victory. Gets out to 2,000m for the first time, which looks ideal.

A bit of an open field in this one, but I’m sticking with Exclusive Artist, who presents excellent value in my eyes, currently with odds of $4.20. Didn’t do much in the Group Three Adrian Knox Stakes, but has been back at the trials, and she shouldn’t have much tackling this BM64, even from the wide draw.
