Quick Analysis:

Sticking with Lord Of Biscay, who is the favourite in this BM88. Draws barrier one this time out, which is a lot better than the barrier 13 he drew last time out, also at Rosehill. He ended up finishing third in that one, 1.08L off the leader. James McDonald sticks with the 6YO as well; the $2.80 we are currently getting is decent enough odds.

Quick Analysis:

It’s the Group Two Thousand Guineas Prelude, and Ole Dancer looks the goods in my eyes. Kicked things off in the Atlantic Jewel Stakes, which looked like a dress rehearsal for this one. She made up a lot of ground late, and from a wide barrier, she’ll have to do the same thing here. I think she can, thanks to that first run under her belt.

Heading to Rosehill now for the Group One Golden Rose Stakes, and I’m going against the favourite, Tempted here. Autumn Boy went down in the Ming Dynasty Quality last time out, but put a lot of pressure on the leaders, ending up second by just 0.56L. He gets another crack at the same track/ trip, and I think he’ll be too hard to hold out.
