As one of the biggest days on the Australian racing calendar, there is so much action to sink our teeth into. The australianbettingsites.net.au team have gone through some of the most important races and found the best runners to add to a three-leg multi. Our horse racing tips are produced by experts who have many years of experience.

My multi for today includes some of my most confident plays of the day, across multiple tracks. I’ve gone with PlayUp for the odds this time out, as they usually offer some of the most competitive in the market.

Flemington, Race 4 - 1. Getta Good Feeling

Getta Good Feeling looks to be the perfect opener in this three-leg multi. She’s short, but with the other two legs, there’s more value there. The filly has been pumping in some great results as of late, including a victory in the Group Two Manifold Stakes two runs back, and then a third in the Group One Thousand Guineas last time out.

Jockey Mark Zahra takes over in the saddle, and he is flying at the moment, so that’s a great pick up. She steps up to the 2,000m in this one, but with the way she’s been racing, I don’t think she’ll have any issue with that. PlayUp is currently offering $1.60 for her to take the win, which is about right.

Randwick, Race 6 - 1. Brave One

It’s hard to go past Brave One in this one, and while he doesn’t seem to have as much experience as some of his rivals, he brings in winning form that just can’t be ignored. With a career record of 7:3-2-0, the gelding has only missed the top two twice, and he is two from two at Randwick.

He draws barrier five, so he’ll have a few options. The only query is the top weight, so just to play it safe, I’ll be taking him to place. He is currently going around with odds of $1.45 to place with Bet Right. Brave One is already a winner at this level (BM78), so I’m excited to see what he can do.

Ascot, Race 7 - 2. Toropa

Heading across to Ascot now, and I like what Toropa has been doing recently. I’m willing to give her a chance and pop her in my multi for the place. Last time out, she finished second in the Listed Beaufine Stakes by less than a length. That win was back in July, though, and she is three from three in first-up runs.

It seems as though the bookies have forgotten about her, and she is currently going around with odds of $2.35 to place with PlayUp. This looks to be a tricky race, and the favourite could be vulnerable. With a record of 14:6-5-0, I’m very interested to see how she goes, and she is more than capable of a top-three finish here.
